In an effort to define what makes a successful pharmacist, we asked three of our Indispensable Health pharmacists, “In Your Experience, What Are The Traits of Successful Pharmacists?”

The senior Pharm.D. continued their explaination of an ideal pharmacist through the lense of the pharmacy field itself where the pharmacist, “will be pulled in different directions at the same time. You have to be able to prioritize, remain professional and remember patient care/safety above all”.

A Hospital Pharmacist, Begining Their Career, Already Recognizes Many of The Sentiments Their Colleague Above Mentioned Through Their Description of What Makes A Pharmacist Successful

Successful Pharmacists Must Be Able to Adapt to ever-changing situations and practice environments. They should demonstrate good critical thinking skills and be able to communicate in a variety of different styles. Good pharmacists are able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.”
